Hello, and welcome to Forge, an armored wolf RP! Here at Forge we offer a friendly community, an extensive game manual jam packed full of details about the game, an all levels roleplaying experience and a unique idea that is sure to keep you coming back for more. Wolves at Forge are different than normal wolves, they are half anthro half feral having the ability to briefly stand or crouch in an upright position and having developed thumb-like appendages which they use to manipulate objects, forge armor and make other interesting creations. They also have the abilities to speak and wield certain kinds of weapons. Feel free to look around, read the game manual and see if you like us. As of the start of 2012 we have undergone a major overhaul! Forge is now set in a new location and with new characters and plots! Join us today! We'd all love to see you a part of our community and look forward to roleplaying with you.
Admins and Alphas
These are Forge's current alphas and staff members.
Here is where you can tell what the current season of Forge is and read about any reportable natural disasters in a given area.
Baby it's cold outside... The winter is made up of snow, freezing rains, cold temperatures, hard ground and scarce prey. At this time things are fairly quiet and most bodies of water higher up are frozen. Fog in the mornings is common as is frequent cloud cover. Snow fall can reach up to 5 inches in places and in others only a quarter of an inch. Beware of avalanches!
Natural Disasters! None to report at this time!

The Sand Sector (1 sub-board) The Sand Sector, more often called the Deadlands is a seemingly endless terrain of dunes and the ever blazing sun. The harsh white landscape is sprinkled with sparse clumps of hardy plant life such as cactus, ocotillo, sagebrush, juniper trees and lots of various dry grasses. It consists of the Cadmium Barrens, a dusty hellhole that hides deadly sinking sand pits and is the prime source of the many dust storms that roll over the lands, the Gold Desert a saguaro and prickly pear cactus haven mixed with a swaying gold savannah of grass, and Sodium Flats, a flat expanse of salt deposits, locust trees and the area’s largest population of jack rabbits. This region is also home to Selenium Steppe Pack which is established along the banks of Copper Stream, the only running waterway of the Sector. It disappears underground in places, reappearing in others, keeping the sand sculpted lands alive. The Sector supports much desert wildlife like coyotes, javelina, rattlesnakes, fennec foxes, big horn sheep, turkey vultures, ground squirrels and many other reptiles, song birds and poisonous insects. The weather rarely wavers from its usual sunny skies and scorching heat, but seasonally the Sector experiences a Monsoon which brings much needed rain to the area. This phenomenon tends to cause flash floods. Night time brings relief from the sun with its cooler temperatures and the blistering rays of day are replaced by a brilliant glowing orange moon. To the far West of this territory tall battered red rock cliffs drop into the ocean below. Moderators: Forge, Mickey
The Wildlands (1 sub-board) The Wildlands are a rolling stretch of vibrant untamed beauty. From the green and gold reaches of Krypton Prairie where tall grasses wave about in a gentle breeze, interspersed with enchanting wild flowers, to Neptunium Woodlands where multiple varieties of trees (like Oak, Fir, Ash, Beech and Maple) create a welcome change from the open expanse. Many waterways adorn the landscape including Titanium Lake, a rather shallow reservoir which almost any wolf can simply walk across without their head slipping under the surface, home to a wide array of fish, and the icy waters of Thallium Tributary which runs down a sloping passage as snow melt off the mountain peaks. These lands are also home to the cats of Arsenic Pass Pack, which is located on a triangular shaped island called Vanadium Stretch between branches of the Phosphorus River. The Wildlands are home to creatures such as elk, white tail deer, rabbits, raccoons, beavers, red foxes, grizzly bears, badgers, wild horses, golden eagles, buffalo, and rodents and songbirds of all kinds. The weather is usually mild, warm and sunny with the occasional cloud cover. It is rare to see much more than flurries of snow in the winter. The openness of the region provides for a stunning view of the night sky and an endless place to roam. To the far south, a small cove gives the only view of the ocean this region has. The Vast Green (1 sub-board) The Vast Green, named for being the largest expanse of forest in all of Elementia is mainly composed of ancient, towering pine trees that are covered in moss and block almost all sunlight from reaching the ground below. However with its hidden winding waterways made of the branches of the Phosphorus River, undergrowth does thrive. Ferns, mushrooms, wildflowers, ivy vines and berry bushes are strewn all through the woodlands. Radium Chase is home to the region’s most famous butterfly habitat where butterflies of all sorts thrive in all stages of life, from caterpillar to adult. Plutonium Woods is a predominantly Oak populated part of the Green and is said to be the resting place for many of Lithium Forest Pack's previous alphas. It is also where most of the Green’s leaves change color during Fall. The pack itself is based along the Phosphorus River where salmon are often seen spawning. Far to the east is the highest point of the Green territory, Neon Peak. This is where the trees have been stripped away by weather leaving behind only the toughest bristlecone pines and snow. It provides a great vantage point to gaze out upon the forest. The animals that call the Green their home are black bears, squirrels, weasels, elk, red foxes, rabbits, gopher snakes, porcupines, skunks, owls, and songbirds and insects of all kinds. Weather here is predictable and mild, being broken only by the occasional rain storm. The Green is a haven for all, however can also be quite a maze to outsiders who often find themselves lost in its depths. The ocean and the island chain that leads to other lands can be seen on the far northeast side of the forest where the salt water literally melds into the roots of the strange mangrove like trees that grow along its edge on a thin bar of sand one might call a “beach.” Moderators: Forge, Mickey
The Wicked Edge (1 sub-board) The Wicked Edge, known for its beauty and its danger is a land only for the most rugged of wolves. Made up of a mixture of habitats it is a region shaped by weather and centuries of wear. At the lowest point, along the base of Xenon Cliff, a sheer crumbly rock face battered by frigid howling winds and home to gnarly twisted old Bristlecone Pines, lays Uranium Valley, the greenest area of the Edge. It is a serene, narrow little glen running beside the rushing Platinum Falls which pours down, sparkling and icy from high above changing later into the Phosphorus River. Here the weather is fairest being the only place the Sun breaks through the clouds almost all year round. The valley is accessible by a steep natural pathway that meanders its way up and down the side of Xenon Cliff, hugging close to the Falls. Traveling this road can be perilous due to its unpredictable rocky patches and the slickness of the ground caused by the mists coming off the water. This is however one of the only known access points to Cobalt Moors pack. The pack is located off the northern bank of Silver Depths, a seventy foot deep lake that feeds Platinum Falls. The loch becomes frozen over around its edges during the coldest months, and the guilds inhabitants must travel out a way onto the ice shelf to get to any water. Here and there in the Edge are small strips of forest that provide wanderers shelter from the elements. These trees are large and hardy, many with battle scars that tell stories of their survival through violent blizzards, blinding rains and ground shaking thunder storms. The highest peak in the entire mountain range is Helium Heights. The jagged top of the mountain is snowcapped and more often than not, hidden in the clouds. Many visitors to this mountain experience delusions and light headedness. The Heights suffers the worst weather damage, being prone to avalanches, fires in the summer, and is a massive natural lightning rod. Despite the threats of this towering giant, it is also a haven for wildlife. The slopes are heavily wooded until one gets towards the snowy top. The trees here hide animals such as deer, elk, rabbits, arctic foxes, grizzly bears, mountain goats, yaks, flying squirrels, various birds of prey and the ever famous pika. These little rodents’ “howls” can be heard in the lands below as they protect their rocky territory. Not many have wandered to the far side of the mountains, but those who have say you can see the iceberg dotted ocean beyond. The wolves who call this region home tend to be thick furred, tough and sure footed. Moderators: Forge, Mickey
